Robert Kuderer Speaks at National Veterinary Medical Law Association Conference
Robert Kuderer, the firm's managing partner, joined a nationwide panel of lawyers and veterinarians as a presenting speaker at the annual American Veterinary Medical Law Association conference in Washington D.C. on July 15, 2007. The AVMLA is an international association of attorneys, veterinarians, and other individuals and organizations with an interest in veterinary medical law and how it pertains to the veterinary profession and allied fields. Mr. Kuderer presented on issues associatied with ascertaining and establishing the applicable standard of care commonly incurred in
proceedings before state licensing boards and the implications for the veterinary practitioner. Mr. Kuderer and Chad Gabert represent veterinarians on a wide range of issues, including professional liability, licensure, contract and employment matters.
