Following several years of counseling and litigating insurance issues unique to the railroad industry, Johnson & Condon Partner Dale O. Thornsjo and Associate Nadia B. Hasan announce the Firm's publication of their White Paper on Railroad Contractor and Outsource Liability Coverage: Practical Considerations When Addressing Indemnification and Additional Insured Issues. "Railroads face some of the most difficult and complex risk management issues in the country," says Thornsjo.
