Johnson & Condon Attorney’s Children Benefit Directly from March of Dimes Research

Sarah Groskreutz was only slightly famil­iar with the March of Dimes. Then her twins arrived eight weeks early and weighed less than four pounds each. “I found out imme­di­ately how impor­tant the results of their research would be to my fam­ily.” Sarah con­tin­ues, “Shortly after our son and daugh­ter arrived they were given an injec­tion to com­bat Res­pi­ra­tory Dis­tress Syn­drome (RDS) and one to heal their hearts (Indomethacin).  I believe those injec­tions saved their lives.” Read the rest of this entry »

This morn­ing, attor­neys Jeremy Rosen­berg and his son Nathan; and Mark Wag­ner and his daugh­ter Amelia, par­tic­i­pated in the 20th annual Juve­nile Dia­betes Research Foun­da­tion (JDRF) Walk To Cure Dia­betes at the Mall of Amer­ica. Over 20,000 indi­vid­u­als par­tic­i­pated in this event.

The ARC of Minnesota and Johnson & Condon to Celebrate Landmark Class Action Settlement at March 7, 2012 Event

John­son & Con­don is pleased to announce that on July 27, 2011, Tri­cia Budke was recently appointed Sec­re­tary of the Min­nesota Defense Lawyers Employ­ment Law Com­mit­tee. The Min­nesota Defense Lawyers Asso­ci­a­tion (MDLA) is an asso­ci­a­tion ded­i­cated to serv­ing the needs of lawyers engag­ing pri­mar­ily in the defense and trial of civil dis­putes. The MDLA’s Employ­ment Law Com­mit­tee con­sists of attor­neys who pri­mar­ily rep­re­sent employ­ers and their insur­ers. The orga­ni­za­tion and com­mit­tee goals include:

  • Rep­re­sent the defense view­point in han­dling prob­lems on leg­is­la­tion, court pro­ce­dure and prac­tice, either directly or through the Bar Association;
  • Exchange infor­ma­tion on court deci­sions, briefs, wit­nesses, trends and pro­ce­dures through­out the State;
  • Exchange infor­ma­tion on expert wit­nesses and to help defense attor­neys obtain expert wit­nesses in var­i­ous fields; and
  • Pro­vide edu­ca­tional and pro­fes­sional devel­op­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties that ben­e­fit the mem­ber and civil defense practice.

The Medicare Set-Aside Con­sul­tant Cer­ti­fied (MSCC) cer­ti­fi­ca­tion is the result of ded­i­cated time and study in the area of Medicare and Medicare Set-Aside issues.  Alli­son Haley is also a mem­ber of NAMSAP, a national alliance of Medicare Set-Aside pro­fes­sion­als.   Allison’s daily prac­tice relates to Medicare and MSA mat­ters and work­ers’ com­pen­sa­tion defense.  She pro­vides daily coun­sel and fre­quently speaks on these matters.
