Johnson & Condon Wins Summary Judgment for Menards in Slip and Fall CaseRamsey County District Court Judge Stephen D. Wheeler agreed with Mark J. Condon and Stacey M. Molde that Menards was not at fault in a slip and fall lawsuit brought by a customer who allegedly slipped on a piece of paper or cardboard while browsing in an aisle. The Court ruled that had the Plaintiff looked, she would have seen the admittedly visible paper or cardboard. Because it was in plain sight, her lawsuit was dismissed.
