U.S. Federal District Court Judge Donovan Frank Speaks at Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities
U.S. Federal District Court Judge Donovan Frank recently spoke at the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities on his experiences in employing people with developmental disabilities in the Federal Court system. In a remarkable and moving presentation, Judge Frank discussed his life experiences, as an advocate, and a jurist, on behalf on people with disabilities and their families.
