Attorney Bio
Tricia Budke joined Johnson & Condon as a law clerk in May 2009. She received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in May 2010. She focuses her civil litigation practice in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
Before attending William Mitchell College of Law, Ms. Budke worked in Human Resources Management for many years. She has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) since 2001.
While attending law school, she completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Debra Wilson at the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals, interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission – Minneapolis Area Office, and completed an apprenticeship with a criminal defense attorney. During law school she also volunteered at HOME Line and William Mitchell College of Law’s Pro Bono Clinic. She now enjoys volunteering as an attorney coach for the Minnesota High School Mock Trial competition.
Ms. Budke is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section, and was on the MSBA Membership Committee from 2007 -2009.
