Attorney Bio

Bob Kuderer is a partner at Johnson & Condon and focuses on professional liability, insurance coverage, and business and commercial litigation.  He has handled high-profile toxic tort, pesticide and vaccine litigation inside and outside Minnesota in various state and Federal Courts.  Bob represents parties involved in commercial contract disputes, including franchise and dealership terminations.  He has handled lawsuits of statewide interest, including the state’s seminal case establishing good faith immunity for officers and directors of non-profit corporations.

Mr. Kuderer has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, and has successfully argued numerous cases in various state and federal appellate courts.  He is a continuing education lecturer and has presented at professional and trade organization conferences and continuing legal education seminars.

Mr. Kuderer co-chairs the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group.  He has been honored by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine on numerous occasions, most recently in the 2008 Corporate Counsel “Super Lawyer” edition.

In 2007, he became the firm’s Managing Partner.  He enjoys an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Kuderer is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO/WPO), an international organization devoted to developing business leaders through education and exchange.
