Attorney Bio

Mark Condon is a senior partner and head of the Firm’s Liability Department.  For over 35 years, he has practiced in the areas of Insurance and General Litigation.  He has successfully tried hundreds of cases throughout the state in the areas of Product Liability, Personal Injury, Governmental Liability, Liquor Liability (both Dram Shop and Premises Liability), Employment Law, Mass Tort Claims, General Negligence and Coverage issues.  He still loves the practice of law and the opportunity to represent and assist clients in a broad range of legal areas.

In addition to his full-time practice of law, he acts as a mediator and arbitrator.  He is often selected as a sole or neutral arbitrator.

A life-long boater, he was awarded a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License, is a member of the Maritime Law Association, and has an active Maritime Law Practice.

Mark Condon has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1984 and as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association since 1989.  In 1998, he was elected as Advocate by the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He has been honored by his peers as a Super Lawyer since 2005.

He has had the privilege and opportunity of speaking and presenting in the areas of negligence, trial skills, jury selection, and Medicare.
