Attorney Bio
M. Annie Mullin is an associate attorney at Johnson & Condon, representing and advising school districts, businesses and local governments in matters involving tort liability, school safety, construction disputes, contract disputes, products liability, dram shop, special education, bullying, First Amendment and civil rights issues. Annie has been involved in complex litigation matters, including serving as class counsel in a class action matter advocating for the civil liberties of individuals with developmental disabilities. Annie advocates for increased independence, inclusion and self-determination for people with developmental disabilities and their families.
Annie received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota, with a B.A. in mathematics and focus on chemical engineering. She received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she competed in the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition; was Comments and Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy; and served on the St. Thomas School of Law Board of Advocates.
Annie has been a regular speaker at the Minnesota School Boards Association Annual Leadership Conference and is a member of both the state and national Council of School Attorneys. Annie participates in the Pro Se Project of the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, providing pro bono service for the underserved. She is admitted to all state and federal courts in Minnesota and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Annie also advocates for the protection of animals from cruelty, particularly farm animals, and promotes compassionate living for all.
