ROBERT E. KUDERER  Attorney at Law

Bob Kuderer is the Firm's managing partner.  His practice focuses on matters involving business litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage and commercial contract disputes. He has handled high-profile litigation inside and outside Minnesota in various state and federal courts.  Before the Minnesota Supreme Court, he successfully argued the seminal case establishing good faith immunity for officers and directors of nonprofit corporations.

Mr. Kuderer has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, and argued numerous cases before state and federal appellate courts. He regularly speaks before trade organizations and other lawyers at continuing legal education seminars.

Along with fellow Johnson & Condon partner Dale Thornsjo, Mr. Kuderer heads the Firm’s Insurance Coverage and Toxic and Mass Tort Practice Groups.  He has been honored by his peers as a "Super Lawyer" in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine on multiple occasions, most recently in 2007.
