JACOB M. TOMCZIK Attorney at Law Jake Tomczik primarily focuses his work in a variety of unique areas including residential water intrusion construction cases and asbestos matters. He also defends various proceedings involving insurance personal line issues including, automobile liability and premise liability lawsuits. He received his J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law following the Fall 2002 semester. While at William Mitchell, Mr. Tomczik worked full time in the Legal Department of The St. Paul Companies researching insurance regulation issues throughout the United States, and then at Johnson & Condon as a law clerk. He was also a member of the International Law Society, and participated in the College’s Negotiation Competition. He is a 1998 graduate of Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts of Minnesota, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He also belongs to the Defense Research Institute and its local arm, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association where he is a member of the Construction Law Committee and Insurance Law Committee. |
