CHAD H. GABERT  Attorney at Law

Since his admission to the Minnesota Bar in 1999, Chad Gabert has focused his practice on professional liability cases, workers’ compensation subrogation and employer liability cases, food-borne illness cases and representing school districts. His experience in handling these cases originates in part from his work before law school as a liability claims representative for Federated Mutual Insurance Company.

Mr. Gabert is admitted to the Minnesota state and federal courts, and the federal court of the Western District of Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Mr. Gabert is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association.
