B. JON LILLEBERG Attorney at Law Jon Lilleberg is a shareholder in Johnson and Condon’s litigation department. Since 1991, he has practiced primarily in commercial and insurance litigation areas. He represents numerous self-insureds and insurance companies in first-party and third-party litigation, trucking litigation, contract and coverage law, employer liability and workers’ compensation subrogation, and appellate practice. His practice often involves complex litigation, high profile cases and catastrophic losses. In addition to his comprehensive trial and appellate experience, Mr. Lilleberg serves as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of commercial and personal injury matters and is a qualified civil neutral. He also frequently presents seminars for clients on various legal issues and concerns and was selected by his peers as a Minnesota "Super Lawyer", in Law and Politics in 2008 and 2009. Mr. Lilleberg's litigation interests are an outgrowth of his pre-law school experience as a claims professional for five years. His insurance and litigation background give him a unique ability to provide accurate, early case evaluations, and effective recommendations and analysis. Mr. Lilleberg is a 1991 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. In college, he played football for the University of Minnesota under Lou Holtz, and was the Team Captain in 1985. He is licensed to practice in all Minnesota Courts and in the 8th Circuit, and in Federal Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
