Allison Haley concentrates her civil litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation and general liability. She joined Johnson & Condon as a law clerk during her second year of law school.

Ms. Haley graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota Law School in May 2006. While at the University of Minnesota Law School, she represented defendants in Hennepin County as part of the Misdemeanor Defense Clinic, worked on asylum cases through the Asylum Law Project in Miami, and was a member of the Environmental Moot Court.

Ms. Haley received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science from University of Nebraska - Lincoln, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Before joining Johnson & Condon, Ms. Haley was an extern for a District Court Judge in Hennepin County. She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota, and is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
